This is going to be one short match report. The reason? The match was played in 1 half of 30mins only! Due to the bad timing of the match, there were 4 other teams over at West Lake Sec.

After some time sleeping and wasting of our time disturbing Yiying, the match kicked off with the usual dominance over Dasch Rovers by the opponent. Why do we always start with a jitter?

However, as time progressed and with the Indians and Thais shouting at us at the sidelines, Dasch proves to them that even the worst team in Singapore can play some decent soccer.

Eventhough it was the first match of the season, some great passes were made and the defence was unusually steady today. Note that our keeper, Zhiyong didn't even need to make any saves. Perhaps he didn't even touch the ball at all!! HAHA..what a joke! Sorry to the opposing team if u guys are reading this.

The Dasch attack pressured the opponents with Mingheng hitting the bar..all over from the vertical to the horizontal twice during the match. There was one miss that needs to be singled out. A great cross from right to Mingheng with only the keeper to beat 8 meters out. However, our talented Mingheng chose to placed the ball to the left of the GK but the ball hit the bar instead!

Kenneth and Desmond also wasted several outside the box chances by doing those dreaded rugby type of conversion kick.

Against the run of play, a goal mouth confusion resulted in the ball dropping dead in front of Kenneth. He scooped the ball beyong the GK, aided by a wicked bounce pass his outstretched hands.

The 2nd goal was scored by right winger Jiamin. Collecting the ball from the 3/4 mark, he dribbled past and cut in a few defenders to nutmeg the ball through a defender's leg into goal.

The rest of the match was too scrappy to comment about it here. Bryan lasted longer than his 5 mins performance during last season's opener. Not much chance to have a good look at Yiying as the match ended before he could be fielded. However, he did give a usual performance during the training match after that. Hope u know what i meant!
