Hi beloved fans, Dasch is very honoured to receive your wholehearted support, flowers, admiring letters and garments (but please don't throw your underwear at us anymore, pai seh lah..) To show our appreciation, we've decided to let you know that bit more about us... the guys behind those messages you read in our Forum..

Big Bear - The first. The original. The guy who started the craze. Our babe magnet. The cuddliest, cutest, friendliest and most loving member of our bear family. Also, naturally, our Fan Club Chairman. Zhang Han. (At this point, we hear wolf whistles from his fans...)

Physio Bear - aka Small Bear (dun ask me why) aka Psycho Bear (on the field, that is) Our 'str'aight guy, the future doc-to-be, future society big name. Very eligible, very sweet and very proper. A real good catch. Siao Tianrui.

Small Bear - see above.

Horny Bear - This bear the girls better stay away from. He's dangerous, as can be seen from his lusty nature. Also prefers to address girls as "gers" for some strange reason. Incredibly tactless, insensitive and boorish. But, BUT... note this is just his public macho bullsh*t image.. in private he's...

Mushy Bear - (Ok, so I made up this name.) Writes private, sentimental love letters to everyone (including his unlucky co-editor). Very decent-looking. Has a stupid haircut. Acts adorably stupid. And most surprising of all, despite his mushiness and stupidity, he's the leader of us bears. (Maybe should call him Big Boss Bear.) Kenneth Wong.

Ber - Ber??? Some species of bear maybe. The spelling is close anyway. Only one message in the Forum under this name (check it out), but I love it! Distinctive spellin & writin style. Shor' n swee' n cute. See it? But sadly his/her/its identity remains a mystery.

Bearsh*t - Another mysterious bear. Negative comments about everyone. But has some valid points to make and very provocative in an interesting way. Who in BearsWeb is he??? (Someone suggests it's Superstar. Well, I don't know..)

Medium Bear - Seems to be a love rival of Small Bear (aka Physio Bear). His identity will be known when we see someone fighting with Tianrui (over some girl)... that someone will be Medium Bear. Also makes some smart, cutting comments every now and then.

Beanie Bear - One of those stuffed toys you can get at McDonalds'. I have no idea how he escaped from there & started posting messages on Dasch Board. Also dunno how he managed to access the Internet.

XXL Bear - Mmm... it's Big Bear right? Extra-Large? Or is someone trying to overshadow Big Bear? Let's see... who's bigger than Zhang Han? Who??

Fake Bear - Obviously, it's a fake bear. Not one of us. Ignore it.

Bear-who-knows-everything - This bear is another one with a real neat sense of humour. I'm sure the female fans will swoon over such a funny guy. Ok, stand up who wrote this... the fans want your autograph.

Teddy Bear - He asks whether he can join our bear clan... of cos you can! Teddy Bears are right at the top of every gal's must-have bedtime companion list. (Wow..) The question is: Is he cute (enough to qualify)?

Angry Bear - An angry bear is a dangerous bear. Avoid at all costs.

Coco Bear - No comments. He prefers to remain shadowy and unknown and mysterious. (The following names I invented one, can't be found on the Forum... but feel that they're suitable lah..)

Cynical Bear - aka Cheeky Bear. One of the more perceptive bears in the gang. Wields a sharp literary pen and is actually an sensitive intellectual behind his ultra-macho front. Has the courage to take an independent stand against conventional 'wisdom' (for more details, just mention the word 'Yiying' to any Dasch bear.) A rebel with a cause. Tang Chek Keng.

THE BEAR - Just by the name alone, you can tell this is a REAL gem of a bear... in looks: solid, muscular, hunky, macho... and character: respected, reliable and always a gallant gentleman. Never lets us down. He even tucks in his jersey (which all the other boors, erm... bears.. can't be bothered to do.) Another good catch, girls. Desmond Koh.

Ok, dear fans... hope you have enjoyed getting to know our lovable bears... they're beary cute huh? (And also beware of those which you must keep your distance from..) Hope to see you down at our matches in future, & you'll have a chance to know more about us. Big Bear will be on hand to serve you, and maybe arrange photo opportunities, autograph signing sessions and dinner dates with us macho bears.
