WE WILL NOT BE TAKING IN ANY NEW PLAYERS

Yes..it seems unfair to everyone. Why aren't a soccer club taking in any new players? Why stick to the same old bunch of (rubbish) players? Why not have a trial for good players? Why don't u accept me...I am a star player u know?? U need me to win matches!! Who cares..

To everyone out there who wish to join Dasch Rovers, you don't know what Dasch Rovers is all about. :) Read on..

Dasch Rovers is different from any other recreational soccer club/team out there. We don't play to win (?!? Actually winning is nice), we don't aim to be in the S-league or any other league out there (perhaps if there is a prize for the lousiest team, we may consider). Why do we form a team then?

Dasch Rovers was formed by a bunch of nerds from a secondary school (Raffles Institution) in 1991/1992. It was formed solely for the fun of soccer (and the stupid reason/excuse to have a cool jersey). As we graduated from our secondary school (as sex crazed nuts), we feel a need to remember each other, to get together cos everyone of us enjoy all the "act stupid" times we had back then in secondary school. Playing soccer is the perfect excuse.

Now that we are in different universities, different countries, have different girlfriends, lives..blah blah..we still get together on the occasional sunday to play soccer (or wait stupidly for our turn to use the fields). That's what Dasch Rovers is all about. Laughing and teasing each other as we grow up.

We don't train, in fact not even once at all. We don't even have our own balls (soccer ones). We don't have our own field, everytime we just hope no one play before us or chase us out of any fields we go to.

Now, for those of you out there who are eager to join the "act stupid" gang, sorry we don't take in anyone, unless u are:
