~~~~More news from the PRIMA UTD match...Their manager had emailed the captain asking for a match this sunday at 4pm at NTU. The invitation was rejected and a suitable time and place for us to play will be discussed.

MATCH AT RJC 3pm (kick off time) vs PRIMA UTD on 22 Aug 1999 Sunday

~~~~Sorry about the venue and time. That is the best place after some compromising from both sides. As usual, people from Pasir Ris/ Tampines area tie down with Daniel Ding. Sui Jin contact Bryan. Get Stanley down too. Alvan, u write the match report for this.

RESULTS OF "WHO WILL WIN THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE" POLL

~~~~In the polls concluded on 16 Aug 1999 Monday, the results were (surprise! surprise!):

• 1) Man Utd + Liverpool(13 votes each, 31%)
• 2) Arsenal (7 votes, 17%)
• 3) Chealsea, Everton + Watford (2 votes each, 4%)
• 4) Bradford + Southampton (1 votes each, 2%)

~~~~We shall see who is the winner next year :)

~~~~We win be playing without a referee this sunday (as usual), but the opponent wanted to bring one (an official one). However, when told that he may have to climb over the fence, the referee idea was demolished.

~~~~For those of you who knew about the match through this website and have informed the relevant people, plz indicate your names (plus those u have called) in the forum, so that the captain and manager don't need to call up so many people. For those who can't turn up, plz indicate too.

~~~~Please don't vote anymore for the polls! Any votes will have no consequence on the final tally. We will be coming up with a new poll soon. Any ideas?
